Yes, as a user of Unlock:OKR, the system also allows you to import an OKRs from any member of the organization. To import an OKR from your colleague’s dashboard, you must follow these steps:
Step 1: To get started in a new cycle, on your current dashboard, create a new objective and contribute to a team or colleague. You can then see a third option for importing OKRs. Click on the box to start importing.
On the other hand, if you already have listed an OKR in your dashboard, click on the “+” icon in the top right corner and select “Import OKRs.”.
Step 2: Once you select “Import OKRs,” you can see three different tabs – My OKRs, People Search, and OKR Library. Navigate to the People Search tab from here.
Step 3: Using the search bar, search for the user whose OKR you wish to import.
Step 4: Once you search for the users, that user’s last two cycle data will populate by default. Select the objective you wish to import.
Step 5: To import OKRs before the past two cycles, current or from the future cycle, click on the drop-down to select the cycle from where you want to import.
Click on the option to choose an OKR from your preferred cycle.
Step 6: If you wish to import only a few specific KRs from this objective, click on the objective, the card will expand, and from here, select the KR you want to import.
Step 7: Click on import to import these KRs to your current cycle. These KRs will reside in your current cycle dashboard as a draft OKR.
Step 8: Fill in all the attribute details before publishing the OKR.
