The person who leads a team or has access to a team leader’s permission(s) can only create Team OKRs. In Unlock:OKR tool, you have the flexibility to create team, department, or organization level OKRs only through the “Team OKR” option. Leaders with permissions at their levels can create their respective OKRs. For instance, if you are the CEO, you can create Team OKR for the organization. A Departmental Head can create a Team OKR for the entire department.
