To impersonate a user, the person with impersonate feature should follow the steps below:
Step 1: The user with permission logs in to their account through the top right corner showing “Go to your profile”.
Step 2: If you have impersonated permission, you can see an option to “Switch User”.
Step 3: Clicking on “Switch User”, a search box appears. Search for the person whom you wish to impersonate.
Step 4: Once you click on the user’s profile, it will redirect you to the selected user’s profile.
Step 5: You can perform all the tasks like the user you have impersonated.
