1. Using the global search, search for a user with whom you want to align.
2. Navigate to the cycle selector and select the cycle from the dropdown.
a.OKRs present in the selected future cycle will populate.
b.Expand the OKR card and hover over the key results. You will see the “heads” icon to become a contributor there. Click on it to “Become a Contributor”.
