As a manager, you can check how your team members progress in their OKR Journey from the OKRs>Direct Reports tab.
Monitor the progress of your team members under Direct Reports. Here, team-wise, the profile cards of the users can be seen, showing the overall objective progress and the O and KR count assigned to them.
If the manager has direct reports from multiple teams, teams can be selected to filter across the profile.
A click over the profile redirects to the user dashboard, where the OKR progress of the user is visible.
